I have been working closely with Richard Abson for more than a decade. He has become my go-to recruiter and frankly now the only external recruitment resource that I use. Richard’s professionalism is unrivalled in the industry. Who else meets every single candidate that he represents in person before he is prepared to represent them to a prospective employer?

Richard is a rare breed. He has often removed a candidate from my consideration as he has learned something untoward prior to interview as he prioritises our long-term relationship over a single commission. As my recruitment partner he is comfortable working outside of business hours and at weekend needs to support my needs.
